Bio- Dr. Mike Ridlen
Veterinarian
Dr. Mike Ridlen is the owner of Colorado Valley Veterinary Services. A graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ridlen is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association. As a kid, he grew up with a menagerie of animals around his home and found his passion for taking care of all creatures. Dr. Ridlen has treated a wide variety of species from dogs and cats to pocket pets, birds, and livestock animals.

His interests include medical care of all species, along with orthopedics, diagnostics, and large and small animal surgery. He believes that the smallest animal he has performed surgery on was a hamster that needed an emergency C-section. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, managing his personal herd, being involved with the local Columbus Community, and especially loves working with the Columbus Little League. Dr. Mike is also an enthusiastic supporter of the local FFA. Along with his wife Kathie, he shares his home with their scruffy puppy Rockie and kitty cat Mazzie.
